The foundation was incorporated is to promote the integral human development of the people who are poor and marginalized, especially the urban poor in order to alleviate their cause through trainings, education and formation of programs.  To provide opportunities for people in need to improve the quality of their lives through efficient and effective management of resources. To conduct livelihood training programs, other activities for non-formal educational projects  and  scholarship assistance. To  provide  and  accept grants, contributions, donations and other forms of  assistance/financial  aid,  technical  or  in  kind  for  the maintenance of the foundation and attainment of its purposes. To  do  other  things,  necessary on  the  accomplishment of  its objectives.
